Controlling

Management accounting is one of the key sources of strategic decision-making and must be handled with efficiency, accuracy, expertise and passion to reflect its complexity and importance.

We support our customers in this regard with all challenges, such as: 

• Introduction of new methods, assessment of current methods for their effectiveness, optimization.

• Development of KPIs.

• Support with projects and transformations.

• Analysis of data from ongoing business operations, preparation for decision-making and presentation.

Processes

Especially in the number- and data-intensive and decision-relevant areas of accounting and controlling, it is very important to establish processes that ensure efficient, difference-free and transferable reports, analyzes and decision-making basis. We support our customers, among other things, with:

• Analysis and optimization of existing processes.

• Establishment of new processes - including: also in connection with software introductions.

• Process recording and documentation.

Transformation / digitalization

Every business must respond individually to the dynamic influences of our high-tech and digitalized environment and, ideally, use them positively for their own benefit. This is primarily about efficiency, speed and accuracy, but at the same time it is about using new technologies to improve existing processes and find disruptive approaches. Fast, efficient and comprehensive collection, processing and analysis of data is particularly important . Be it the digitalization of business processes or the introduction/change of software (Abacus, SAP etc.) - we find the optimal solution together with our customers.

Interim management

In our more than twenty years of experience, we have been able to get to know, analyze and support many facets of different companies.

We also incorporate this gained expertise into daily processes and take on management responsibility, for example to support customers in the event of a personnel shortage or during a transition phase.
